Built Different.
Floor-level knowledge with senior-level execution.
Most operational problems aren't complicated. They're simply ignored.
A process nobody owns.
A KPI that measures activity instead of outcomes.
A vendor relationship that's never been held to the standard written in the contract.
A leadership layer that got promoted but never got developed.
The next thing you know, the operation is running you and you don't know where it went wrong.
I'm Michelle Gonzalez. I hold a master's in Leadership and HR Development from LSU and a master's in Management from Walden University, both earned while working full-time in senior operations roles. I didn't step away to go back to school. Instead, I built the academic foundation while doing the work: running operations across home services, shared services, vendor management, property management, contact centers, collections and BPO in environments where the stakes were real and the margin for sloppiness was low.
I've led teams of 150 or more across onshore and offshore operations and been accountable for P&Ls up to $400M. I didn't study these functions from a distance. I built them, broke them, fixed them and handed them to teams who could run them without me. Across every role, the pattern was the same: find what's broken, fix the right thing and build it to last past the person who built it.
I am not a strategy consultant who hands you a deck and disappears. I am an operator. I pull the data first, talk to the people who do the work, then make recommendations specific enough to act on. Every system I build is designed to keep working after handoff.
That's what True Rein Leadership is built on. Not a methodology or a framework with a trademark. Academic foundation backed by floor-level knowledge of how operations work and what it takes to make them run right.
If your business has outgrown the way you've been running it, that's not a failure. It's a scaling problem and those are solvable.
